Laundry Service
Please contact Mom Maid’s office about starting with our new laundry service.
We will refer you to our Contractor in your area. They will make contact with you and schedule your pick up date.
On your pick-up day, you will place your baskets, laundry soaps, sprays & detergents, or miscellaneous laundry supplies on your porch, or the agreed-upon location for pick up.
Our Contractor will collect your laundry and supplies. They will take it to their home, weigh it, document it, sort it, wash it, fold it, and return it .
Standard Orders – 72-hour turnaround
You will receive your cleaned and folded laundry back on your front porch with all of your supplies.
*Rush Orders – 48 hour turnaround
An invoice will be sent to you via Square with the all order details for payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer ongoing service contracts?
We are not doing service contracts at this time. You’ll be able to utilize this service on a “as needed basis” whenever you want to.
Do you have any order minimum requirements?
We have a 20 pound minimum. If your order is less than 20 pounds, you will still be charged for the minimum amount.
Do you sort and fold laundry?
If you would like your laundry returned to you folded and organized, please specify that upfront and provide the sizes per family member.
If you want to take advantage of the lower rate we will still fold your laundry; we just won’t take the time to organize by size.
Do you iron laundry?
We will not iron any clothes, and we do not offer dry cleaning services.
Do you offer specific laundry service for those with allergies or sensitive skin?
If you have specific allergies, please specify those in your consultation. Depending on the allergy, this service may or may not work for you.
We do sanitize our washers in between every Client.
How do I prepare my laundry for service?
- Please set your laundry out where it’s safe from weather. Failure to set out your laundry after two rotations will result in service termination.
- Please check your pockets before setting your laundry out. If there are possessions left in your pockets, we will include those return of the cleaned laundry.
- Please purchase baskets with sturdy handles. We are not repsonsible for broken baskets or handles.
- Baskets, laundry bags, hampers, etc are all acceptable forms of laundry transportation. Whatever system you send with us is what we will return your folded laundry in.
Do you offer stain treatment? Is there any laundry you won't clean?
If you’re sending laundry with stains, please put those laundry items in their own bag with the products you’d like us to use. Example: Men’s work jeans – Place inside a plastic bag with any stain remover.
We do not guarantee stain removal and will use what you send.
We have a ‘No Contamination Policy’: We do not accept laundry heavily soiled with bodily fluids like vomit, blood, urine, feces, etc. (Fees will apply).
Can I bring my laundry to you?
This service is a pick-up and drop-off service only. You will not be able to drop off your own laundry to avoid the mileage fee. Pickup fees are built into your invoice based on mileage.
When will my laundry be returned?
Standard orders with weekday pickups (Monday-Thursday) will bre returned within 72 hours. If you are a Friday pick-up, you’ll receive your laundry by Tuesday evening.
Weekends are only available for Rush Orders and you’ll have your laundry back within 48 hours.
