total reset clean
$50-$125/hr
This service is for the Client that wants their entire home deep cleaned top to bottom with a team. This service can be customized!
Examples: you can exclude specific rooms, include something random one clean, ask for extra time to be spent on certain task, put a time limit on your clean by budget, etc.
Types of Cleans
Move In & Move Out Cleans, Rental/ Apartment
Turnovers, Post Construction Cleans, AirBNB
Cleans, Biohazard Cleans, Hoarder situations,
etc. Note: Any Client can schedule a Total Reset,
but then become a Recurring Client as well!
What We Clean
- Windows/ Window sills/ Light dusting of blinds
- Doors/ Patio doors/ Patio door tracks
- Low light fixtures/ Whole house floors
- Vanities/ Cabinets/ Countertops
- Items sitting on top of countertops
- Toilets/ Bathtubs/ Showers/ Mirrors
- Desks/ Bars/ Tables/ Console tables
- Exterior of appliances/ Interior upon request
- All additional wipeable surfaces
- Register vents/ Ceiling fans (If they can be reached)
- Trim/ Baseboards/ Walls (Excluding flat & eggshell paint)
- Custom requests available but need approved
What We Don't Clean

recurring clean
$40-$75/hr
This service is for the Client that wants maintenance cleans done in their home on a more frequent schedule. We will clean based off of the Client’s request. This service is completely customizable!
Example: If it has been a while since your last Total Reset you can ask for a refresher on things such as baseboards, cabinet fronts, etc.
Weekly or Bi-weekly Clients only
How It works
What we did is took the limitations off of our former maintenance appointments methods and gave you freedom to choose how you want to utilize your recurring appointments! Clients can now request deep clean tasks to be done at any appointment! Clients also no longer have to schedule a Total Reset before booking an appointment with us!
organizing services
$80-$115/hr
This service is for the Client that needs help organizing certain areas of their home. That can look like making areas of their home more clutter free, making rooms more manageable, or completely a specific project like unpacking after a move.
Consultations are required and our Client needs to be home as well during the appointment. This service is completely customizable!

Do the process: Purge items, create labels, categorize existing items, pack things away for storage, organize the space, and make your home presentable!
We will build shelves and furniture if needed too! We’ll even do the shopping for you!
We tactfully help you make healthy decisions, help you handle the emotional waves that come with letting things go, and offer caring support during the project.
We’ll come back as many times as it takes to get your home to where you want it!
